The following members constitute our board of directors for 2023

Pamala S. Roberts, RP, FRP | President
Pamala, a graduate of Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, Kentucky with a B.S. in Systems Management and a minor in Criminology. She also has an A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Daymar College. With over 20 years of paralegal experience working in law firms in Kentucky and Florida. Pamala is currently a Paralegal for the Manatee County Attorney's Office. She is also currently a member of the South Florida Paralegal Association, NFPA, and NALA.

Lisa Ellis, CP | Vice President
Lisa works in the Legal Department at Roper Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded company headquartered in Lakewood Ranch. Originally from Wisconsin, Lisa completed her A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies at State College of Florida in Bradenton and attained her Certified Paralegal credential through NALA in 2013.

Christiane de Jonge, FRP | Secretary
Christiane is an active member of SWFPA and a Florida Registered Paralegal. She holds an A.S. degree in Social Science and is working toward becoming a Certified Paralegal. She is originally from Rio de Janeiro and speaks three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She has worked for the same personal injury attorney for 23 years at a prominent Bradenton law firm. She loves everything Disney, is a die hard Tampa Bay Lightning fan, and has a 1 year old cockapoo named Pierre!

Christina Cornwell | Treasurer
Christina is a graduate of Keiser University with an Associates in Paralegal Studies. She is working toward her paralegal certification. Christina was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida and enjoys movies, the beach, and going to Busch Gardens with her son and Fiance'.

Juliet M. Shepard, CP | NALA Liaison
Juliet completed her A.A.S. Degree in Paralegal Studies from the State College of Florida in Bradenton and attained her Certified Paralegal credential through NALA in 2021. Juliet is currently a paralegal for the Manatee County Attorney's Office. She has over 20 years of legal experience in the areas of family, criminal, and probate law, as well as 10 years of real estate title experience.
